[From Our Correspondent.] EEEPTON, June 5. The Buller Dredge obtained 17oz 7dwt for eighty-four hours’ dredging. The following are quotations : Big ■River 11s to 12s, Buller Dredge 5s to 5s 6d, Cumberland Is 9d to 2s, Dillon Is to Is 3d, Golden Lead 9d to Is, Hercules Is to Is 3d, Keep-it-Dark 24s to 255, No. 2 South Keep-it-Dark Is to Is 3d, Lord Edward 9d to Is, Lyell Creek Is to Is 3d, United Alpine 4s to ss, Italy 6d to 9d, Welcome (paid up) 6s 6d to 7s 6d. [Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, June 5. i The Wautahe return is 19Soz from 150 tons. Adelaide 48oz lldwt from sixty-nine loads. WESTPORT, June 5. [ The coal export for the week ended today was 4524 tons 2 cwt, as follows: — Westport- Coal Company 3384- tons 12 cwt, Cardiff Company 1138 tons 10 cwt. INVERCARGILL, June 5. A handsome cake of 49Soz from 270 tons of stone, valued at £2041, was received today for twenty days’ crushing at the Morning Star mine. Preservation Inlet. The mine has now yielded, for fifteen months, £22,000 worth of gold.
