THE REVOLT IN CUBA.
[Per Press Associations MADRID, Fee. 8. Signor Canovas, the Premier, announced that it is the intention of the Government to proceed with the contemplated reforms in Cuba. He stated that the Government would be satisfied at present if the rebellion was limited to the western districts of Cuba.
