[Per Press Association.] LONDON, Nov. 4. The total quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,360,000 quarters and for the Continent 1,330,000 quarters. Shares—National Bank of New Zealand, If; TtanV of New Zealand 4 per cent guaranteed stock, 103 ex interest; New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company’s 4 per cent prior lien debentures, 98*. At the tallow sales yesterday 3275 casks were offered, of which 375 were sold. Medium mutton 20s 6d, medium beef 19s 3d, fine 20s. Silver, 2s s[«d. Wheat is a shilling dearer. The American visible supply of wheat is 76,700,000 bushels. ' The Antwerp wool sales will open on Nov. 10 and close on Nov. 14. Twelve thousand four hundred bales of Australian wool are included in the catalogue.

The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, has received cable advice, as follows : LONDON, Nov. 4.

Tallow.—Market better. New Zealand fine mutton and good beef are worth 22s 3d and 19s 9d respectively (last quotations were 21s 6d and 19s 6d respectively). Frozen Meat. —Mutton market weak.
