PRINCE LOBANOFF.

TERRIBLY SUDDEN DEATH [Per Press Association.] VIENNA, Sept. 1.

Tbe circumstances attending Prince Lobanoff’s death were very unusual. The Czar stopped the train, as he wished to walk, and desired Prince Lobanoff to accompany him. The Prince was taken ill directly he left the carriage, and died before he could re-enter it. His death has caused a painful impression throughout Europe, and was a great shock to the Czar and Czarina. The latter is likely to return to Russia.

The foreign policy of Russia is not likely to be affected.
