TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — Tho papered reports are enough to show us the incompetency of this onicer, and tho public can study the last hospital report to show the veracity of my remarks. I say do away with tho doctor, as the proposed inquiry has demonstrated, as other inquiries have, that tho doctor is quite united for his present position and standing I am, Ac., MICHAEL HART.
