NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS.
Advertisements received after ten o’clock each evening will be placed over the leader heading and charged double rates. When no order is given, the advertisement will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Orders to withdraw advertisements must be sent in, in writing, to the Publishing Office not later than six o’clock p.m. each day.
