MARKET REPORTS.

HORSE SALES. There was an average entry of horses at the sales on Saturday, and prices were much the same as they were last week. No really good draughts were offered. Prices were as follow: —Medium draughts, £9 10s to <£l4; medium harness horses, £8 to £l2 ; medium hacks, £8 to £lO ss. PIGS AND POULTRY. There was a good supply of pigs, but the market was very dull' and sales were difficult to effect. Prices were: —Porkers, 18s to 255; stores, 7s to 11s fid; weaners, 3s fid to fid fid. Poultry was well represented, and prices were as follow: —Roosters, 2s fid to 3s 3d ; hens, 2s to 2s fid; ducks, 2s fid to 3s ; geese, 3s to 4s. There were no turkeys on offer, although they are commanding good prices.
