KING MENELEK’S APPEAL. [Special to Press Association.] LONDON, Feb. 22. King Monelek, of Abyssinia, has appealed to the Queen and the Czar to compel the Italians to maintain peace. ROME, Feb. 22. Ten battalions are being sent to General Baratieri.
