NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the County of Selwyn intends, after the expiration of thirty days from the publication of this notice, to CONSTRUCT a WATER-RACE within the Hororata Water Supply District in the said County, which water-race shall commence at a point on the water-race passing through E.S. 34457, and shall extend thence in a north-easterly and south-easterly direction through E.S. 34457, thence across a road and into and through E.S. 33564 into the water-raco in the last-named section.
