[_Psfi Pf.uss Association,] INVEIICAEBILL, June' 17. The trial of Minnie Dean ra continued to-day. Tiie question of the admissibility of the evidence of tho murder of Eva Hornsby was brought up by Mr Hanlon for the accused. Mr Juavico Williams said that ha had no doubt such evidence was admissible, but noted Mr Hanlon’s objection in order that ha might, if ho chose, bring the matter under the notice of the Attorney-General, as provided by Sub-section 1 of Section 413 of the Criminal Code. The taking of evidence proceeded, and wea practically finished, but it is possible that the Crown will lead evidence in connection with the skeleton of a child found in The Larches garden.
