During the session of Parliament no letter exceeding sixty lines in length can bo published iu these columns. Letters of greater length will, when possible, be condensed and marked with an asterisk before tho signature (thus * John Smith), but correspondents who wish to ensure the publication of their communications should observe the prescribed limit.
