DIVISION IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. [Special to Press association*! LONDON, April 4. In the House of Commons to-day, Mr J. H. Dalziel, member for Kirkcaldie, moved tho establishment of a separate Parliament for Scotland, bat retaining British supremacy. The motion was carried on a division by a majority of ten votes, the result being received with loud cheers. Sir W. V. Harcourt was absent from the House when the division was taken. The other Ministers silently supported the motion.
