The SUNDRIES comprise—--14 tons of oatsheuf chart', 6 stacks of oats (tho produce of C;> acres, well saved and thatched), stack of rye, stack of clover hay, quantity of wire and iron standards; also, a quantity of manure, bone-dust and superphosphate. Tho FURNITURE comprises— Tho contents of a sevfen-roomed house comfortably furnished, and will ho offered at this sale if not previously disposed of to the incoming tenant. Tho sheep, a really well-bred flock, will he found in first-class condition, were early shorn, and a largo proportion of them are prime fat. The horses are useful sorts, sound, and have been in constant work. Tho implements, which are comparatively new, of the latest designs, and all in good order and repair. A coach will be provided at Rakaia on tho morning of the sale in timo to meet intending purchasers by early morning train from Ashburton and Christchurch, and will convey to and bring them back from tho sale. As there will ho a number of lots to be offered, tho sale will commence punctually at ll.SOa.m. with the implements, stacks of oats, hay, &c.
