The new Canadian tariff will be .beneficial to the trade of G-reat Britain. Ad valorem duties are substituted for mixed specific and ad valorem duties. The tariff extends the concession accorded the United States to England and the colonies. The duties on Australian mutton are readjusted, giving Australia the advantage of the American and Canadian markets. The Now Zealand Land Association, Limited, has received the following cable message, dated LONDON, Maech 27. The wheat market is dull; quotations are unchanged since last telegram. SYDNEY, Maech 28.
