DUNSANDEL SPORTS.

These sports were held on New Year’s Day in the Dunsandel domain, and attractsd a very largo attendance. The committee had all arrangements excellently made, but some improvement might be effected in fencing the course, as no little difficulty was experienced in keeping the visitors out of the way of the competitors. The Burnham Band was in attendance, and played excellent music. Mr Batstone, of Kirwee, bad a confectioner's booth and did a good trade. Mr F. Lill, the secretary, worked hard, and was ably assisted by the committee. The takings at the gates amounted to J 824 8s 6d, or nearly Us more than was taken last year.
