[Special to Press Association.] LONDON, Dec. 13, The leaders of the- Tower Hill movement threaten a reign of terror in London unless work is found for the unemployed before Christmas. At a meeting of tha Master Tailors’ and Cutters’” Association,: held =on Tuesday evening, the association was wound up owing to the non-attendance of members.
