ILLNESS OP MR MORLEY. (Special to Press Association.] LONDON, Dec. 5. Mr John Morley, Chief Secretary for Ireland, is suffering from the effects of overwork, and has been ordered by hia medical advisers to take complete rest. Mr Bryce will undertake his duties in the House of Commons until he is fully restored to health.
