In the Reichstag Herr Leiber, the Catholic leader, said that if the Popo were friendly to the Russo-French Alliance, it would not- deter German Catholics from remaining loyal to the Kaiser. Duo. 3. It is 'believed that the Federal Council of Berlin will not agree to the admission of the Jesuits. The Reichstag has raised the duty, principally on Russian imports, 50 per cent. VIENNA, Dec. 3. The influenza, epidemic is raging throughout the country. - The Eeichsrath has been closed in consequence of it. •
