r?BB Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Dec. 2. The tenth annual meeting of the Wellington Athletic Club was held at the Basin Reserve this afternoon. The weather was fine, and about 2500 people were precent. The track was in fair condition, and eomo good times were registered. The finish tor the mile race was one of the boat seen on the ground, Angell and Morpeth running shoulder to shoulder for the last fifty yards, and the judge could cot separate them. Lucy won the Mile, Two-mile and Threemile Bicycle Handicaps from scratch, defeating* his opponents in very hollow fashion. High Jump Handicap —H. Momh Gin, sffc 4in, 1; E. Gore scr, sffc, 2. Ono-mile Walk —W. Talbut 70yds, 1. The others gave up or were disqualified. Time—7min 24|aec. 120yds Hurdles—W. H. Grant scr, 1 ; C. Gore owes lOyda, 2. ' Time—lSJsec. One-mile Handicap—C. D.
