The arrests of Anarchists have created terror among the remaining members of the Order. BERLIN, Dec. 2. The Reichstag, by a majority of forty, has decided in favour of the Centre Party’s Bill repealing tho exceptional laws for Jesuits. SOFIA, Dec. 2.
’Wanlioff, a former Bulgarian officer, has been arrested on a charge of being concerned in a plot to murder Prince Ferdinand. Tho accused, who waa one of the ringleaders, has confessed bis guilt.
