THOMAS BROOKS. The first meeting of creditors of ThomM Brooks, hotel-keeper, of Hilltop, Barry’s Pass, was to have been held yesterday. In addition, Maling and Co. hold collateral security over mining machinery, Culliasville, Marlborough, worth about £BOO. Unsecured creditors—Maling and Co., £144 19s; Harper and Co., £33; Naihelski and Of>,, £6 ; G. M’Olatchie and Co,, £3 6s fid t F, Thrower, 13s fid; total, £lB6 19a.. Property—Hilltop Hotel, with 24 acres- of land, valued at £I2OO, and a-dwelling and shop in Christchurch, containing ten rooms, valued at £400; total, £I6OO.
