Tn« . Honor said that he understood it had been agreed to adjourn the case till Monday. Mr. Caygill said this was so ; the parties had Agreed.. Hiis Honor said that when the question of adjournment had been mentioned before him on the previous day, he had commented on the comparative lateness of the He had not, of course, blamed but thought that, considering that the prevalence of illness of a particular kind was well known, the reason for the adjournment might, to a certain extent, have-been expected.
