[BY electric telegraph.— [Special to Press Association.] MES OSBORNE. LONDON, Feb. 12. Mrs Osborne baa been committed for trial for perjury aud larceny. During the examination of Mrs Hargreaves in the charge of larceny and perjury against Mrs Osborne, she evinced much sympathy with the accused, and subsequently visited her in prison. [Received Feb. 14, at 6.10 p.m.l H.M.S. VICTORIA. MALTA, Feb. 13. H.M.S. Victoria, which went ashore near Platea, on the Greek coast, and subsequently floated off, has arrived here. TYPHUS FEVER. NEW YORK, Feb. 13. Typhus fever has appeared among a batch «f Jewish emigrants fowirded here from Odessa by Baron Hirsch. Eighty-one causes are already in the hospital. THE NEW GOVERNOR. The Earl and Countess of Glasgow and family will probably sail early in March.
