Tonight the Auckland Naval Artillery decided to send Lieutenants Smith and Little to represent the Company, and a third man if one qualified. It is intended to form a branch of the St John Ambulance Association. Lord Onslow has consented to preside at a public meeting in regard to the matter. Mr Shera, has received a telegram from the Premier, stating that the Cabinet will consider the question of the Stratford route road in a few days. INVERCARGILL, Feb. 12.
