V.li.U. AUTUMN MEETING. [Spkcial to Press Association.] MELBOURNE. Feb. 10. Malvolio has been scratched for all engagements at the V.R.C, Autumn Meeting., [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 11. The Stewards of the Racing Club held a meeting to night, at which it was decided to charge the public only 10 per cent on the total! enter in future; but as this year’s programme is based on 11* per cent, the alteration will only come into force after the Steeplechase Meeting.
