Miller presiding, the report, recommending five per cent ■ dividend for the half-year, making ■even and a half per cent for the year, was adopted. .The Chairman, in reviewing the figures of the balance-sheet, said the liabilities had been reduced by .£16,000. Oliver protested against the charge made by the Eailway Commissioners for carrying the Company’s produce.
