SUPREME COURT.
[Per Press Association.’! DUNEDIN, Dec. 21. A special jury in the Supreme Court is heaiing a case in which Dr Batchelor claims £12.0 from Mr James Gore, a contractor, for medical eervicee in the operation of tho excision of the knee joint. Mr Gore counter-claims £SOO damages for alleged unskilful treatment. The case is likely to occupy two or three days.
