REBELLION IN TURKEY, I'Hpbcial to Press Association. J [Received June 22, at 10.20 a.m.] f CONSTANTINOPLE, June 20. The Rebels in Yemen, a Province of Asiatic Turkey, have again defeated the Turkish troops who were despatched to quell the rising. It is reported that the GovernorGeneral at Yemen and his entire staff were killed in a recent fight with the rebels. ST PETERSBURG, June 20. The Russian Government has prohibited the circulation of Punch within the Empire, owing to verses which have appeared in it recently, condemning the treatment of the Jews. BERLIN, June 20. The Emperor denies the statement in Truth that he had written to the Queen, condemning the conduct of the Prince of Wales. The Prussian Diet has closed. The Emperor, in the course of bis speech at the prorogation, said he was satisfied that the session would prove to have been a fruitful one. PARIS, Junk 20. The Russian General Tschagarn is in Paris arranging for the delivery of 500,000 rifles.
