LYTTELTON. Siturday, June 20. (Before S. cl. Webb, Hsq.) Dhsektion. —William Ax worthy, on remand, a deserter from, the Cura^oa, 1 was ordered on board the Kotokino, for Auckland, where a ship policeman is waiting to convey hiaj to Sydney. Ho made a etatrment that ha had lost the train at night and also next morning. He did not intend to desert, and was sorry he lost hia'ship; which be wished to rejoin.
