Mails-dose for the following places as under, subject to the necessary alterations
Monday, June 1. For Northern Ports and Westport, per Omapere, at 12.30 p.m.; late fee letters, 12.45 p.m.; guard’s van., 1.25 p.m. train. For Greymouth direct, per Dingadee, at 1.45 p.m.; late fee letters,2 p.m.; guard’s van, 2.40 p.m. train. Tuesday, June 2. For Northern Porte, per Penguin, at!7.45 p.m.; late fee leasers, 8 p.m.; guard’s van, 9.5 p.m. train,. Wednesday, June 3. For Australian Colonies, and also for the United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, vi& Naples (specially addressed correspondence only). Point de Galle, India, China, Japan, &c., per express (to connect with s.s. Te Anau at Fort Chalmers), at 10.15 a.m.; late fee letters, 10.25 a.m.; guard’s van, on express, 11 a.m. Postage to the United Kingdom, 6d per £oz. Note.— On and after Saturday, June 6, the Money Order and Savings Bank Office will be open to the public on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and for receipt of Savings Bank deposits only from 7 pan. to 8.30 p.m.
