The Mile Safety Bicycle Championship of Australia was rased yesterday, when Busst won; Rudd 2, Greenwood 3. Bnsat won easily. Time—2min 50sec. APPOINTMENT. Mr Fitzgibbon, for thirty-five years Town Clerk of Melbourne, has been appointed Chairman of the Metropolitan Board of Works.
