Bishop, an appeal' from the District Courts Timaru, wad adjourned till after the sitting of the Cciurt of Appeal, on the application of Mr Cohen, for Mr Hay. 'The , case of Campbell , and others v. Campbell' and others,, an administration suit. Was adjourned by consent to Tuesday next. ’Mr Izard appeared for plaintiffs and Mr Bussell for defendants. * AELOWAT AND OTHERS V. FDN6TON AND ANOTHER. Mr Byrne for plaintiffs; Mr Slater for defendants. In this case the decree asked for was given by consent, with costs, five guineas.
