'Prom the Town Clerk, Blenheim, enclosing a bopy of the co-operative and municidipal Insurance scheme, which had been before the Blenheim Council. The letter wise acknowledged. 'From <T. The Foreman of Works’ report was read j it detailed how the staff had been employed during, the fortnight.
