Mr T. Bullock reports having held a sale by action at the Arcade, on Saturday, July 26, of a number of town sections and other properties, when the following were sold: —Town section 248, containing quarter-acre, fronting Kermode street, £36; town section 249, quarter-acre, corner of East belt and Kermode street, £32; town section 240, quarter-acre, corner of •Kermode and William streets, £3O; town section 387, quarter-acre, corner of South and Cass streets, £l9 10s. Privately and by auction I have sold town sections 560, 561, 562, 563, 1 acre, fronting Cox, Cass, and Aitken streets, for the sum of .£100; town sections 338, quarter-acre with buildings thereon, corner of Moore and William streets, £115; rural section 27335, containing 278 acres 2 roods, Upper Ashburton Road District, at £3 per acre ; town section, 535, quarter-acre, with small cottage, Grove ftreet, Tinwald Town Board District, £36; lot 182, containing 10 acres. Middle road, Allenton, at £32 per acre—£32o; lot 184, containing 10 acres 2 roods 28 ner dies, fronting Winter’s road, near the Woollen Factory, at £27 10s per. acre—£293 10s; lot 22, containing half-acre with small cottage thereon, fronting Winter’s road, Allenton, £55.
