SHAME FUL CONDUCT.
THE DTJNLO DIVORCE CASE. [BY WJOTIO SKLEGBAPH.— COPYRIGHT.! [Special to Press Association.] [Deceived July 28, at 12.40 a.m.l LONDON, July 28, In the Divorce Court to-day, in the proceedings instituted by Viscount Dunlo for divorce from his wife, Marmaduke Wood, a friend of the petitioner, deposed that he, Lord Albert Osborne, and Viscount Dunlo tossed who should have Belle Bilton, the respondent, and Viscount Dank) won. Mr Lockwood, who appeared for Lady Dunlo, denounced the plot instigated by the Earl of Clanearty to drive Lady Dunlo into a compromising position in order that his son might dissolve (he marriage. He also strongly denounced the dishonourable conduct of the petitioner. Ho denied that Lady Dunlo was ever the mistress of Wertheimer as alleged by the petitioner, and produced letters from the latter, which proved that while in Sydney Viscount Dunlo, in writing to his wife the day after he had signed the petition for a divorce, assured her that hs did not believe in the charges, and at the same time he reiterated the warmest affection for her. [Becoired July 28, at 3.25 a,m.] ' July 27. It is predicted that Viscount Dunlo will not secure a divorce, as adultery has not been proved except by inference. Tho case is adjourned until Monday.
