THE SHAW, SAYILL APPEAL case; [Hecoived May 1, at 12.45 p.m.] , LONDON, Aran 30, The Privy Council has dismissed the appeal in the case Shaw, Savill and Co. v. Timaru Harbour Board. [Per Press Association.] TIMARH, Mat 1. A private cable states that Shaw, Savill’s claim against the Harbour Board re loss of the ship Lyttelton, on appeal to the House of Lords, was dismissed, and plaintiffs cast in all costs.
