THAT VALUABLE FREEHOLD, Known as the EIVEBSIEA ESTATE, * As hereinafter described. All) that Piece or Parcel of LAND known as BIVEBSLEA PROPERTY, now in the occupation of 'J homas Tanner, Esq., contain ig 2389 acres 1 rood 37 perches, more or less, being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, vol. 16, folio 22U Also, All those Pieces or Parcels of LAND, varying in size from about i-acra to 25 acres, containing in the aggregate 517 acres 2 roods and 87 perches, more or less, being the unsold portions of a block of land containing 1000 acres, more or less, adjoining the Township of Hastings, which block was some time ago offered for sale in sections of various sizes by Mr Tanner, And also, 147 MEMORANDA OP MORTGAGE under tbe Land Transfer Act, given by various purchasers of portions of the said block of 1000 Acres. These Memoranda of Mortgage are for sums of money varying in amount. The principal some secured thereby amount in the aggregate to £28,083 14s Sd, and are repayable on the 26th day of .November, 1890, bearing interest in the meantime at the rate ot 6 per cent per annum, payable half-yearly on the 26th day of May and November in each year. Interest has for the most part been paid up to the Z6th day of May, 1888. The Land hereinbefore mentioned, and the said Memoranda of Mortgage, are held by the Mortgagees as security for the sum ot £84,158 15a 7d for money advanced, inclusive of interest to the day of sale, and will all be sold in one lot. Farther particulars ot the Land, with all information as to the numbers and localities of the unsold sections of the said block of 1000 Acres, and also all information as to the Memoranda of Mortgages, the several amounts thereby secured, and the numbers and localities of the sections therein respectively contained, can be had on application to the Auctioneers.
