Able and experienced management in each depariment will he secured, and all appointments wul be made by the Directors after the floating of the Company. In the formation of tho Company no promoters' shares will bo issued. The cost of registration, law, brokerage, jrinting, and sundry preliminary expenses will, h wever, he mate a first charge upon tho funds of the Company. Already a large number of influential stationholders in each Colony have promised to send and to influence business to the Company, and many have intimated their intention of becoming large shareholders. Shares will ho allotted, as far as practicable, according to priority of application, and a- may ho considered most conducive to promote the host interests of tho Company.
