The smallest newspaper in the world is published in the town of Guadalajara, in Mexico, and is entitled El Telegramma. It is Sin long and 3in wide; it has four pages and contains the most important news from all parts of the world. It only costa 75 «entunes (about 7id) per quarter, and it has for its motto: " Plenty of roast and little smoke.” V
