Made in sheets measuring about 40 inches square, from l-64th inch to 1 inch, and i millimetre to 25 millimetres thick. Each sheet bears my trade mark, without which none is genuine. Bell’s Asbestos and Indiarnbber Woven Tape, It has been found very efficient for making bilge pipe joints. It can be bent by hand, without puckering, to the form required, and la especially useful in making joints of manhole and mudhole doors: also for large “ still" joints where boiling rat and acids of all kinds have to be resisted. For these latter pur poses it kept in rolls of 100 feet, in widths, from 1 inch to 2i inches wide, by i inch t t inch thick. Manhole cover joints made of this material can he lifted 20 times before renewal is necessary. This tape is also made any width and thickness, so that it is suitable for every class o I joint. It is also made in sheets about 40 inches square, from l-16th inch thick upwards, and each sheet bears my fcllie mark to protect users against imitations. Every ten feet length of the tape has a^-bel'attached, bearing my trade mark, and users are earnestly requested to see that this label is attached to prevent imposition by worthless imitations.
