The following was the Customs revenue collected ■on Satnr mi : Spirits, £ll9 Os 4d ; tobacco, £437s 6d • wine, £34 5s ; beer, £l2 15s ; tea, £G 3s 4d; iroo'ds by weight, £27 14s; ad valorem. £lsl 10s; other duties, £l3 2s 6d ; total, £412 4s Sd. The following telegram has been received by tbe .N.Z. Loan and Mercantile .agoncy Company, Limited, dated losdon, April 10. Wool. —Market unchanged. Short staple merino heavy in grease, market easier. There is still much irregularity in the biddings. Wheat.—Market excited. Adelaide is worth 40s, New Zealand 365, and Tuscan 37s Ud per 4961 b. Adelaide f.a.q. is worth c.i.f., to arrive, 383 per 4801 b. _ The German Government has raised the duty on wheat to 3 marks per 100 kilos, equal to 63 60 per 4301 b; and 74 marks, equal to 9a, 6d per 2801 b, on Hour, 'ihe French Government is now considering the same question, and should it also decide in wrour of a duty, the effect will be, no doubt, to £»ect more supplies |to England. loudon Ex-
