SCHOOL COMMITTEES.
BIOOABTOH. A special meeting of the Committee was held on Monday last to receive the martet’i suggestions relative to some Improvement* being effected, as asked by the Board of Education 9 present—the umdriaan, and all the members. After reading the master’s letter, il was resolved—“ That In reply to to* Board’s letter ot Deo. 23 last, asking what steps it le prepared to take to remedy the defects complained of in fie Inspector's report, the resolution of too Committee, aaUng the master ter suggestions, together with hi* reply, be forwarded to to* Board, and the Board be informed that, in to* opinion of this Committee, the statement of the master is borne out by a comparison of the examination paper* with the authorised standards, and by reference to toelsspeotot’a schedules.” —— LINCOLN.
