[Pbb Pbbbb Association.] WELLINGTON, Nor. 24. The time for the County elections in the County of Ashley has been extended as follows Oust Biding, Deo. 14. The necessary powers are delegated to the Kirwee Domain Board, and the following persona have been appointed members s— - Colonel De Benzie Brett, Thomas Hamilton Anson, A. M'Nao, G. Bedford, O. G. Parker, and W. J. Simpson. The following County Returning-Officers are gazetted County of Ashley—H. H. Fenton, Kowai Biding; Bobert Wright, Eyreton Biding; Caleb Whitefoord, Oust Biding. The district of St Albans is gazetted a Borough. William Ford Beatson is appointed Town Clerk, and also Beturning-Offioor to conduct the first elections of Mayor, Councillors, and Auditors. Wednesday, Deo, 21 next, has been appointed for the of Mayor j Thursday, Deo. 22, for the election of Councillors; and Friday, Deo. 23 next, for the election of Auditors. A Proclamation is gazetted releasing the various Volunteer Corps from active service. The conditions of Government prize firing for the Volunteer Corps, for tho year 1882, are gazetted.
