TO TUB BDITOB. Sib, —At a meeting held at the Oddfellows* Hall about 18 months ago, Mr Andrew Dun* can stated that the Drainage Board would allow Colonial makers a margin of 10 per cent in competing with the importers.. May I ask the Board if'they, intend 'doing so with the present contract they are inviting tenders for, as there is no mention of any such, allowance in the specification.—l Aih, &0., ‘vV" A.M.A.
