WAIRARAPA RACES. [By TeiiEGbabh.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 12. The weather was glorious to-day, and there were 1500 people on the course, but the heat was intense, and everyone was glad when the events were decided. The class of horses was very inferior, especially the young stock, which competed in the Champagne Stakes and Southern Chief’s Produce Stakes.
