TIMAEU. Wednesday, Feb. 11. (Before His Honor Judge Ward.) IN BANKRUPTCY. IN EE EEASEH, JENKINS, AND SI'KAY, DEBTOES. On the application of Mr White, His Honor made an order for the delivery of certain property in the estate of Fraser, Jenkins, and M'Kay, debtors, from Robert Rutherford to the trustee in the estate. IN EE EBANK POKE. Mr Tosswill applied for an order of discharge. Mr White opposed, and asked for on order to prosecute the applicant as a fraudulent bankrupt. His Honor declined to grant an order _of discharge, and made an order for prosecution of ) the bankrupt under the Fraudulent Debtors’ Act. IN EE JOHN HIGH, A DBBTOE. ■ The application of John High, , a debtor, for an order of discharge, was adjourned.
