[By Tblbgeaph.] [TIMES' SPECIAL WISE.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 14. The Gazette to-day contains a proclamation that the reserved lands in theCanterbnry townships of Horndon, Courtenay, Hinds, and Dromore are authorised to be sold. _ A. despatch from Sir J. Vogel covers particulars of tenders for the supply of brimstone to the Madras gunpowder works, with a view to a supply from White Island. A proclamation regarding the importation of cattle to Queensland. Begulations for survey under the Land Transfer Act. The following appointments The Hon Edward Bichardson, M.H.8., and Peter Cunningham to be members of the Lyttelton Harbour Board. John Beharrcll and'George Herbert Wearing to be members of the Waimakariri Harbour Board. A. Adams to be accountant in bankruptcy at Waimate.
