CHRISTCHURCH. - Monday, MaylO. (Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.) The Court opened at 11 o’clock. Deuke and Disoedeelt. —Thomas Pardew waff fined 6s.—Wm. E- Burt was fined 10s. — Wm. Redmond was flned Ss,—Thomas Cresswelf was fined 6e.— I William Tepgue was fined pBVNKRNNBSS AND INDECENCY. John Paine Wilcox was fined 20e. Deunxbnnkss and Dbstboyino Psivate Peopbety.— Edward Rowland was charged with offences of this, nature. From the evidence it appeared that pnsoner wen Wo Willis’ hotel, Malvern, on Friday night, and on being refused,dripk broke several windows, betides doing other damage. Prisoner admitted the ■ charge, "and expressed hit regret lor Ahat.he had done. A fide of 6s was impdsed.and prisoner was ordered to pay 85s .for. the damage done, together with 17s for witnesses* expenses.
