FeidAy, March 21. (Before the Registrar.) The Registrar sat in Chambers at 11 o’clock. EB WM. EDGAB MOBLEY BEOtJNCKEE. Mr George Harper applied for an order fixing the date of last examination and discharge. The Registrar fixed the last examination for Thursday, the 17th April. EE NEIL M'PHEE. Mr Slater, on behalf of Mr Joynt, applied, for an order fixing the date of last examina l tion and discharge. The Registrar fixed the last examination for the 17tn April. BE JOSEPH CTOIIEOED. Mr Thomas, on behalf of William Henry Partridge, creditor, applied for an order confirming the choice of trustee, Mr R. Walton: The Registrar made the order as prayed. BE HBNEY EATENHIIL. Mr Slater applied for an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors. The Registrar made the order, and fixed the meeting of creditors for Monday, March 81, at 12 omock. EB EOBEET HANSON. Mr Thomas applied for an order on J. S. Williams to retain in his possession and produce a certain deed at the final examination of the bankrupt. The Registrar said the application was outside his jurisdiction. No order made. BE JOSEPH CULLIFOED. On the application of Mr Bamford, the Registrar fixed the last examination for Thursday, April 17.
