The Geneve Arbitration met yesterday, and n large quantity of printed matter was smbmitted and exchanged by the agents of Britain and America. The Court adjourned after a session of less than half an hour, but no reason is anticipated for future delay in the proceedings, nor is a lengthy controversy expected.
